Installation
How to install kitchen quartz sinks
Trace the template’s outline and cut the countertop according to the templated outline using appropriate cutting tools. A template is a guide only. Use a physical sink to ensure an accurate cutout opening.
Draw a line 1 cm inside the sink outline
Locate the drill holes on the underside of the countertop, approximately 1″ from the edge of the sink to be installed. The holes should be evenly spaced, approximately 6″ to 8″ apart, starting from every corner, as shown.
Clean the sink flange and the underside of the countertop cutout area, ensuring that the area is smooth and free of grease.
Apply a continuous bead of silicone caulk evenly on top of the sink flange. Position and align the sink over the countertop opening and press it onto the countertop. Turn the bent end of the mounting bracket to fit snugly over the sink rim.
